Tehnoloogia Rakenduskeskus OÜ reserves the right to make changes and the user is responsible for monitoring them regularly. If you continue to use the website after the changes have been made, this will mean that you agree to be bound by the changes.
The proposed solution is designed to manage, measure, and report on the use of working time and resources. The service is provided on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis. SaaS is a software distribution model in which a third-party provider manages applications and makes them available to customers over the internet.
Within the limits of the existing functionality, the software can be immediately deployed. In the event that the customer’s needs require additional modifications, the principle of generality is applied:
a) if the functionality to be added becomes available to all Terake’s customers, the development work is not charged separately but is included in the monthly fee.
b) if the functionality to be added is customer-specific (e.g. linking to the customer’s ‘proprietary’ information system), a separate development effort, cost, and schedule will be agreed upon.
